Library Evening/Weekend Coordinator

The Circulation department is seeking a part-time (20hrs) Evening/Weekend Coordinator. Responsibilities include: customer service, supervising student workers and building operations, checking out materials, managing reserves, and closing the Library. Qualifications: 1-2 years post high school education required. Experience in library Circulation preferred. Must have strong customer service skills, knowledge of computers and Microsoft applications, Flexible scheduling is a must. Some lifting, shelving at heights and pushing of book trucks required. Library Assistant, Part Time

Available immediately.  The Circulation department is hiring a Library Assistant for 20 hrs/wk during class sessions through May 15, 2010. Responsibilities include: customer service, opening/closing, supervising student workers and building operations, checking out materials, and managing reserves. 1-2 years post high school education required.  1-2 years experience in library Circulation preferred.  Must be able to work Monday – Thursday evenings, Fridays, and alternate Saturdays.  Must have strong customer service skills, knowledge of computers and Microsoft applications, type 40 wpm; some lifting, shelving at heights and pushing of book trucks required.
