There are many different ways
to get to the Stockton campus by car. What follows here is a list
of main roads to the Health Sciences Branch.
From Sacramento/Davis
Via Highway 99
- Take the Highway 99 south to the Hammer Lane exit.
- Turn left at the end of the off ramp onto the frontage road
- Continue on the frontage road and turn right on Hammer Lane.
- Continue on Hammer Lane and pass seven stoplights to Pacific Avenue
- Turn left on Pacific Avenue and pass five stoplights to Bianchi Road.
- Continue on Pacifc Avenue one to two blocks
- Turn right on Brookside Road.
- Visitors may park on either side of Brookside Road itself, but parking lots
along Brookside Road are reserved for permit holders only.
- The Health Sciences Branch is located in the upper level of the second building
on the right.
From Modesto/Merced
- Take the Highway 99 north to Highway 4 west/Central Stockton.
- Continue on Highway 4 west to Interstate 5 North
- Remain in the far right lane
- The transition becomes the "exit only" lane for Pershing Avenue.
- Take the Pershing Avenue exit
- At the end of the off ramp, merge onto Pershing Avenue and pass six lights
to Brookside Road.
- Turn right on Brookside Road and continue toward Pacific Avenue.
- Visitors may park on either side of Brookside Road itself, but parking lots
along Brookside Road are reserved for permit holders only.
- The Health Sciences Branch is located in the upper level of the second building
on the right.
From the San Francisco Bay
Area
- Take Interstate 580 east towards Livermore/Stockton.
- Continue on Interstate 205 east towards Stockton/Tracy to Interstate 5 and
go north towards Sacramento.
- From Interstate 5, take the Pershing Avenue exit.
- At the end of the off ramp, merge onto Pershing Avenue and pass six lights
to Brookside Road.
- Turn right on Brookside Road and continue toward Pacific Avenue.
- Visitors may park on either side of Brookside Road itself, but parking lots
along Brookside Road are reserved for permit holders only.
- The Health Sciences Branch is located in the upper level of the second building
on the right.
